Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and opaque.
