Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the gluten-free oats, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, baking soda, and salt.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For nut-free version, substitute walnuts with pecans or sunflower seeds.
