Description
A decadent no-bake dessert combining layers of rich chocolate, creamy cheesecake, and crunchy Oreo goodness, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 14–16 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 cups instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- Additional Cool Whip for topping (about 1 to 1.5 cups)
- Crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Crush all Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread on the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread additional Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve cold.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Serve with extra crushed Oreos or chocolate sauce.
