Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 can creamy chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In your crockpot, throw in the diced chicken, cooked rice, broccoli florets, creamy chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder along with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the final 30 minutes of cooking, add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
