Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and sliced onions on top.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and stir it all together.
- Serve over a bed of cooked rice or noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
