Description

Effortlessly prepare a flavorful Asian-inspired teriyaki chicken with vibrant vegetables using a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice or noodles for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and sliced onions on top.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and stir it all together.
  6. Serve over a bed of cooked rice or noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Feel free to mix and match veggies. Consider marinating the chicken for added flavor.
