Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the cooking time is up, shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For gluten-free, substitute tamari for soy sauce. For a different flavor, use agave nectar instead of honey.
