Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to enhance flavors.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
