Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to enhance flavors.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until cooked through and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
