Description

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet of Italian salad dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Angel hair pasta (to serve)
- Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- About 15-20 minutes before serving, cook your angel hair pasta according to the package instructions.
- Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, shred it within the sauce and stir well to combine.
- Serve the chicken over the cooked angel hair pasta and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
You can use low-fat cream cheese or gluten-free pasta for dietary needs. Consider adding veggies or different cheeses for variety.
