Description

Perfectly crispy salmon cubes drizzled with a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Chopped parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds for garnish
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by patting the salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil and the spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Cook the salmon using your preferred method:
    1. Pan-Searing: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side.
    2. Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 10-12 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    3. Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon bites or toss them to coat.
  6. Garnish and serve warm with lime wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in an air fryer at 375°F for 5-7 minutes for best results.
