Description
Perfectly crispy salmon cubes drizzled with a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Chopped parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds for garnish
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Start by patting the salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil and the spices.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Cook the salmon using your preferred method:
- Pan-Searing: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 10-12 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon bites or toss them to coat.
- Garnish and serve warm with lime wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in an air fryer at 375°F for 5-7 minutes for best results.
