Ingredients
- 5 cans (14.5 oz each) cut green beans, drained
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread drained green beans in the prepared baking dish and pour the sauce over, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and slightly thickened.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
