Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until well mixed.
- Take each salmon fillet and cut a pocket into the side for the stuffing.
- Generously stuff each salmon pocket with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the stuffing. Use fresh salmon for the best results.
