Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Take each salmon fillet and cut a pocket into the side for the stuffing.
  4. Generously stuff each salmon pocket with the seafood mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the stuffing. Use fresh salmon for the best results.
