Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, ground into flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the cottage cheese, eggs, ground oats, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Pour a thin layer of the batter onto the prepared parchment, spreading it into a roughly 10–12 inch circle.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until the edges turn lightly golden.
- Let the wrap cool on the paper for 2–3 minutes before carefully peeling it away.
- Fill or roll the wrap when slightly warm.
Notes
For a smoother wrap, use ricotta in place of cottage cheese. For a grain-free option, try almond flour with tapioca starch.
