Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (sunflower seeds or chia seeds)
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

  1. Spoon 1 cup of chilled cottage cheese into a medium mixing bowl and stir to smooth out lumps.
  2. Add 1/4 cup mixed nuts and 1/4 cup seeds, and fold gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or keep it in the mixing bowl.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup fresh berries and arrange for presentation.
  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the top and serve immediately.
