Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 boiled eggs
- A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- Everything bagel seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Spoon a generous amount of cottage cheese into your serving bowl.
- Slice the boiled eggs and arrange them on top.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the cucumber; scatter them over the cottage cheese.
- Slice the avocado and fan or tuck the slices beside the eggs.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the bowl to taste.
- Serve immediately, either mixed or layered.
