Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, bananas, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving bowls or jars.
  5. Top with chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and serve cold.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness. If you want a smoother texture, you can blend longer or strain to remove excess whey.
