Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brewed coffee
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cold brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes if using.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your breakfast!
Notes
For a creamier texture, use frozen bananas instead of ice cubes. For a twist, add cocoa powder or cinnamon.
