Description

A quick and nutritious breakfast smoothie combining cold brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, and almond butter for an energizing start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cold brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes if using.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your breakfast!

Notes

For a creamier texture, use frozen bananas instead of ice cubes. For a twist, add cocoa powder or cinnamon.
