Description
Delicious wraps filled with tender shredded chicken, melted mozzarella, and a creamy garlic mixture, crisped to perfection in a skillet.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and softened cream cheese, breaking it up with a fork.
- Stir in mozzarella, minced garlic, and parsley until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay tortillas flat, divide chicken mixture into four portions, and place each in the center of a tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from one edge to form wraps.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a smoky flavor, swap part of the mozzarella for smoked cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
