Description

A quick and flavorful Brown Sugar Garlic Glazed Salmon dish, perfect for weeknight dinners or elegant date nights.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger. Mix until well blended.
  3. Take your salmon fillets and place them skin-side down in a baking dish, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the prepared glaze over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is generously coated.
  5. Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with chopped green onions to add a fresh touch before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute coconut aminos for soy sauce. Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
