A delicious blend of salmon with sweet peaches and bourbon for a unique dining experience.
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Bourbon
- 1/4 cup Peach preserves
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Fresh peaches, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together bourbon, peach preserves, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a hot skillet, sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the salmon and sliced peaches into a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm, drizzling the salmon with the glaze and offering the softened peaches alongside.
Notes
For added flavor, let the salmon marinate longer, and ensure the skillet is hot before searing.
