Description
Delicious mini Big Mac-style sliders made with ground beef, cheese, and a tangy sauce on Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for parties and game day!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, split horizontally
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped white or yellow onions
- Pickles, sliced (as desired)
- Cheddar cheese slices or 1–1½ cups shredded cheddar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: melted butter for brushing tops
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread the sauce evenly on the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish.
- Distribute the cooked beef evenly over the sauced rolls and top with cheddar cheese, onions, and pickles.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings and brush with melted butter; sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted; uncover for the last 2 minutes to crisp the tops.
- Let the sliders rest for 2 minutes, then slice between rolls and serve warm.
Notes
Customize with additional toppings or sauces as desired. Great for meal prep and can be made ahead of time.
