Description

Delicious mini Big Mac-style sliders made with ground beef, cheese, and a tangy sauce on Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for parties and game day!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls, split horizontally
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped white or yellow onions
  • Pickles, sliced (as desired)
  • Cheddar cheese slices or 1–1½ cups shredded cheddar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: melted butter for brushing tops
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly on the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish.
  5. Distribute the cooked beef evenly over the sauced rolls and top with cheddar cheese, onions, and pickles.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings and brush with melted butter; sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted; uncover for the last 2 minutes to crisp the tops.
  8. Let the sliders rest for 2 minutes, then slice between rolls and serve warm.

Notes

Customize with additional toppings or sauces as desired. Great for meal prep and can be made ahead of time.
