Instructions
- Coat shrimp in cornstarch mixed with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt and cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant in the pot used for pasta, then toss in drained pasta and Bang Bang sauce, mixing well.
- Gently fold in crispy shrimp into the pasta mixture.
