Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Green onions for garnish
- Rice or mixed vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder to create the bang bang sauce.
- Generously coat each salmon fillet with your prepared sauce.
- Arrange the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
