Description

A delightful twist on traditional salmon dishes, featuring a spicy and tangy sauce that bursts with flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Rice or mixed vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Generously coat each salmon fillet with your prepared sauce.
  4. Arrange the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot with a side of rice or mixed vegetables, garnished with finely chopped green onions.

Notes

For less heat, substitute Sriracha with a milder hot sauce. Fresh herbs can enhance flavor, and ginger can be added to the sauce for a twist.
