A delightful twist on a classic, Bang Bang Salmon combines crunchy panko breading with a spicy-sweet sauce for a mouthwatering experience.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for air frying
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, letting the excess drip off, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray or oil.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with the remaining sauce as a dip.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
