Description

A delightful twist on a classic, Bang Bang Salmon combines crunchy panko breading with a spicy-sweet sauce for a mouthwatering experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for air frying


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, letting the excess drip off, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve with the remaining sauce as a dip.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
