Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat each salmon fillet with the sauce mixture.
- If baking, place the salmon on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. If using an air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
- Once cooked, garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Opt for wild-caught salmon for better flavor and sustainability. Let your salmon rest for a couple of minutes after cooking to keep it juicy.
