Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat each salmon fillet with the sauce mixture.
  4. If baking, place the salmon on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. If using an air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Opt for wild-caught salmon for better flavor and sustainability. Let your salmon rest for a couple of minutes after cooking to keep it juicy.
