Ingredients
- 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 pack instant banana pudding mix
- 2-3 crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreo cookies
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and banana pudding mix.
- Stir the mixture until it’s smooth and fully blended.
- Scoop equal amounts of the mixture into your popsicle molds.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreos on top of each mold for an extra crunch.
- Insert popsicle sticks or straws into each mold.
- Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours, though overnight will yield the best results.
