Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the banana mixture. Stir gently until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow them to cool slightly before indulging.
