Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your salmon fillets on it.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
- While the salmon bakes, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Once the salmon is out of the oven, serve it topped with the creamy avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
