Description

A delectable dish that combines tender chicken and a rich, sweet glaze, all prepared easily in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the glaze.
  4. Place the glazed chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Drizzle remaining glaze over the chicken and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the chicken in the glaze for an hour for deeper flavor. For a crispier finish, spray cooking oil on the chicken before air frying.
