Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the glaze.
- Place the glazed chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Drizzle remaining glaze over the chicken and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes
Marinate the chicken in the glaze for an hour for deeper flavor. For a crispier finish, spray cooking oil on the chicken before air frying.
