Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour tortillas
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the peeled shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, tossing well to coat.
  3. Lightly spray the seasoned shrimp with olive oil, then place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. While the shrimp cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in another bowl to create your Bang Bang sauce.
