Delicious apple-filled biscuit bombs cooked in the air fryer for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits
- 1 cup apple pie filling, diced
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, cinnamon, and apple pie spice.
- Open the can of biscuits and flatten each round into a larger circle.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of apple pie filling in the center, pinch the edges to seal.
- Roll the sealed biscuit into a ball, brush with melted butter and coat in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adapt quantities for larger servings. Consider drizzle of caramel or icing for serving.
